DESCRIPTION:Surrounded by the beautiful setting of Nicolet Bay and Beach\, Janet will guide you with slow flowing yoga movements that incorporate several modifications\, longer holds and controlled breathwork.  This style is suited to most levels of physical ability as participants can comfortably adjust movements to their own capabilities. \nClasses will be held at Nicolet Beach from 8:00am until 9:00am\, weather permitting. \n*The June 3rd date is special in that Janet will be donating 50% of her yoga session proceeds to the Friends of Peninsula State Park.  The Friends will use this donation to help fund Park improvements as 100% of all donations are used right in Peninsula State Park. \nThe cost of the one-hour class is $10 per participant.  Bring your own mat and hydration.  A limited number of mats will be available for rent. \nIn case of inclement weather Janet will hold the session at her studio (limited to the first 10 participants) located in the Top of the Hill Shops 9331 Spring Rd B24 in Fish Creek. http://www.kindsoulyoga.com
