SUMMARY:Yoga in the Park!
DESCRIPTION:Janet from Kind Soul Yoga will be offering park yoga practices again this summer! Per Janet\, “Similar structure to last year. Easy peasy is the theme\, this should not be stressful. Easy flowing yoga practice. This is a practice for all – it’s not a place for specific mudras and pranayama and things that many haven’t heard of – it’s a yoga practice for all – regardless of lineage\, physical conditioning – it’s meant to gather\, breathe and move alongside other sweet people – in a beautiful setting.” \nPark practices are taking place Tuesdays and Saturdays (June 11th – September 28th) at 8am! Meet at the Nicolet Bay Beach area\, near the water\, just north of the Camp Store. The cost for this class is $10. A few mats are available\, first come\, first served (the grassy area and a towel work just fine as well). No need to register. \n*The first Saturday of every month\, Kind Soul will donate 50% of the funds to the Friends of Peninsula State Park!!!

She uses color to effectively convey a sense of urgency in course\ncorrecting climate change\, but also the hope that things can improve.
